Why is Parallels marked as "Perfect"?

I'm confused about why Parallels is marked as "Perfect" when the notes from the tester say "Playable" and mention stutters. The Crossover tests seem to have better framerates as well, and the reference for Parallels mentions the fixes that are elsewhere on the page (so it's not like it used to be playable, but then fixes were found and now it's Perfect). Is the classification wrong? Or am I missing something?
