CrossOver Unplayable The AVX (DDL replacement) fix works only on pirate copy and offline mode online.

By default requires AVX instructions. After bypassing AVX, startup and operation are at an excellent level. Search for «r/aoe4 avx fix» solution.[1][2]

Wine Unplayable Game will not run. Attempted AVX bypass, error that comes up requests that your run from steam even when it is launched from steam.
Virtualization
Parallels Unplayable Game will not run. Error code: "Your CPU needs to support AV instructions to run"[4][5]
