Fix scratchy sound in Wine

Override Xaudio DLLs to Wine Configuration & install XAct via Winetricks
  1. Go to Wine Configuration
  2. Go to the "Libraries" tab
  3. Add or modify the following DLL files to the list and select them as "Native then Builtin":
x3daudio1_6.dll
x3daudio1_7.dll
xaudio2_6.dll
  1. Click "Apply" then "OK" to save and exit Wine Configuration
  2. Install "xact.dll" (make sure it's the 32-bit version) via Winetricks

Notes

This also fixes the heavy stuttering during gameplay.
This fix is not need anymore as of the 10/25/24 update.
