Use Patch v1053.7.809.1937

Download patch for 1053.7.809.1937 game version to the directory containing GhostOfTsushima.exe
(e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT)
Rename the original GhostOfTsushima.exe file to something else (e.g. GhostOfTsushima_orig.exe)
OR delete it (not recommended)
Rename the recently downloaded patch to GhostOfTsushima.exe
