This is usually due to some data not correlating properly between the old account(s) and the new unified account. Please send an e-mail to [mailto:help@pcgamingwiki.com help@pcgamingwiki.com] where your ticket will be generated and looked at by the server administrator.


===I cannot sign in on the wiki due to an invalid username?!===
This occurs due to a bug in our backend that allows special characters in the SSO username (for example the <code>@</code> character) which the wiki itself does not support. Please sign in to the [https://sso.pcgamingwiki.com/auth/realms/PCGamingWiki/account/ account management site] where you will have the option to change your username. After the username has been stripped of any special characters you will be able to sign in to the wiki successfully.
